Galen Weston on the future of food production

Galen Weston, head of Loblaw Companies, which includes Real Canadian Superstore, spoke last week at a meeting for Ontario's Agriculture Adaptation Council. His topic was long-term food production trends. You won't find anything in his speech that will make you change your production practices for 2010, but you'll find it an interesting look forward.
